Since getting my start in residential sales in 2005, I've had the privilege of helping hundreds of individuals and families (just like you) buy and sell their homes here in San Diego.

We recently moved from Boston to San Diego. After a couple of years of living in an apartment we were ready to buy our dream home, but this was easier said than done given the extreme seller’s market in 2020.
Fortunately, we found Jesse who had also helped many of our other colleagues find a home.
Jesse was the perfect realtor for us for many reasons, but just to highlight a few:
First, Jesse is always calm, patient, and he listens very carefully. Thus, he helped us to quickly gain clarity which features were important for us, and helped us to keep a cool head during bidding wars or when inspections revealed unanticipated problems.
Second, obviously realtors make their living from closed deals, but Jesse foremost cares about his clients being happy and making the right decisions – he is never pushy and in fact encouraged us to walk away from a house in escrow when it became clear that this was not the right fit for us.
Third, buying a house is an enormous investment and the key to making a sound decision is high-quality information. For any question that came up (e.g., were these changes permitted?, can you add an ADU?, how much would a pool fence cost?) Jesse quickly and thoroughly did his research and provided us with the requested information.
Fourth, Jesse goes above and beyond – even after we bought our house, Jesse still stayed in touch and helped us to resolve some issues.

Saved us a ton of money
We first met Jesse by chance at a local restaurant, and liked him right away.
We didn't discuss real estate at the time (and weren't really looking) but my wife kept his contact info. A few months later, when we did start thinking about moving, she began talking to Jesse about buying and selling, and was impressed with his manner and knowledge.
When the time came to choose a realtor, we interviewed several, and ended up choosing Jesse to represent us on both sides of our local move.
As a seller agent, Jesse did a great job of managing the process and keeping us informed along the way. Our buyers were using a very inexperienced agent, which created some unique challenges for us, but Jesse shielded us well from the daily stresses; he even managed to negotiate an additional $9k above the price we were willing to accept!
He kept everything flowing smoothly via phone, text, email and docusign. We had some tricky timing with this sale, which created an interesting escrow situation, but Jesse guided us through the process with the lowest hassle-per-day rate we've ever experienced in a sale (and we've sold quite a few homes).
On the purchase side (which has its own challenges in this low-inventory market), Jesse went above and beyond in getting us into our new home.
We spotted the property with a 'coming soon' sign - Jesse got us in for a 'preview' and we were able to get an accepted offer on the day the house listed!
